Yesterday was Nigeria’s Independence Day. We came together to celebrate our Nigerian culture, to honor our roots, and by so doing inspire others to embrace their roots as well. It was such an amazing time. We sang both the American Anthem & the Nigerian National Anthem….& we also witnessed one of Nigeria’s famous Musical Artists – Flavor perform some of his songs, truly a beautiful ceremony.
